• On my unit the light sits at 13" while level with desk and the top of the neck which can be bent up or down a bit is 13.5".

• 14.5" if you position the lights parallel to the desk (90° bend). ~19" at the highest point (the end of the lights) if the lights are angled up a little like in the Best Buy picture.

• I am not home to measure it, but I would guess about 15-18" tall without counting the light parts. Very handy, especially since the lights are adjustable.
