Thank you for your inquiry. If the "overall" troubleshooting tip still does not render lamp operable, the lamp does include a 2-year warranty with copy of proof of purchase (i.e. receipt or gift receipt), however would need to contact Ottlite customer service via PH#800/842-8848, hours: M-F, 9am-5pm ET.
