“Why does the temperature keep switching on it's own from C to F wihtout me touching any buttons, and when it does this it's followed by an annoying beep everytime it switches? Still beeps despite unplugging and new battery reset.”

Thank you for your inquiry. If the "overall" troubleshooting tip still does not render lamp operable, the lamp does include a 2-year warranty with copy of proof of purchase (i.e. receipt or gift receipt), however would need to contact Ottlite customer service via PH#800/842-8848, hours: M-F, 9am-5pm ET.
