“Can it be charged with a usb cube plugged into electric outlet?”

• If you use one of those little blocks, like the one that comes with an iPhone, you could plug the USB from the lamp into it so you could use a regular outlet to recharge it.

• The cube is the square electric plug in with the USB port that you would plug into the wall (not what it’s called) Thank You

• Not sure what you mean by usb cube. If you mean a device that plugs into an outlet and has multiple usb ports for charging devices(?) If so, then that is how I have mine set up and it works (great) even while other devices (iPad and iPhone) are charging at the same time.
