Yes you can! Just buy the sizing kit (which comes with a variety of sizes - including 13 and 14). Test out whichever size works best on whatever finger. It's suggested you wear it for 24hrs as if it were the actual ring. Best buy will also "reimburse" you with a $10.00 gift card when you buy the sizing kit. Hope this helps!
