• No. It's done by a sub contractor. They hit a wire behind the wall when mine was installed. After two months I'm still dealing with the insurance company trying to get back the money I paid for an electrician to fix their screw up. This is the last time I will have anything installed by Best Buy. Their customer support is non-existant.
