Recently purchased over the range microwave and installation from a BestBuy in Tucson, AZ. The installers were FABULOUS! They removed old, installed new, and cleaned up after themselves. They appeared to be BestBuy employees, so no third party contractors. I didn't need duct work as this was a replacement, but they were prepared to tie into what ever ventilation was there. I would your local store to find out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No they don’t. They hook up your microwave they don’t do any ductwork. They also don’t touch electric -they just plug the unit into the outlet that is already set. You don’t have to hook this microwave to duct work- it can vent into the kitchen.
