I had to pay $150 for the installation of an outlet but they did remove the cabinet vent.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They removed everything, but it was an additional fee unless you purchase the warranty/support which you really should ask them about on purchase. It is well worth getting and covers installation of any other product you buy from Best Buy. Plus their installers know their products and they give great customer service. I got one year coverage, free installation, free removal, and it covers same items with any other purchase, like a TV, I may make for less than the additional warranty coverage....ask them!!!
