“I spent time reading all Reviews & was sold on purchasing from Best Buy, but toward end of Reviews, some Customers who already own this Owlcam said that the Company no longer exists & there is no ongoing Support, etc. BESTBUY PLEASE CONFIRM! Thank you.”

No Support, and since it was a gift I did not have it registered. After I lost my gift receipt. Best Buy should have a way to add it to your list. This company was the highest cost, lowest support.
