• The recurring fee is for the LTE service. This is like the cell service you have on your smartphone. This allows the Owlcam to be accessed while you're away from your car.

• Your first year of service is included after that it’s 9.99 a month or 99.99 a year. It can be used without a sub but the LTE features will not work
