Yes my service work, I guess my first question is what model camera do you have ? How long have you had it? Did you buy your from Owlcam or best buy I bought mines from best buy and if that’s the case with you I would start there just replace the unit. And depending on how long you had your unit and if it’s still under warranty contact Owlcam and request a service ticket they have always gotten back to me in a timely manner, Also did you buy a protection plan if so contact your product protection plan for a replacement my camera has made it threw 111 degree heat and I also did my part on making sure I park in a cool area crack my window just a little for airflow.
