• A:Answer There is no required monthly subscription to use Ozlo Sleepbuds® when purchased outright. The Ozlo app and its core features are included at no additional cost. For customers who prefer a flexible option, we do offer Ozlo Renew, an optional Sleepbuds® rental program. With Ozlo Renew, you can use one pair of Ozlo Sleepbuds® for $20 per month, with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time by returning the product.

• A:Answer At any given time, you can store up to 10 sounds directly on the Sleepbuds®. You can easily switch between any of these sounds whenever you’d like. If you want to use a different sound from our library, simply replace one of the saved 'On Buds' sounds with a new one - the transfer happens quickly through the app and doesn’t require any extra setup.

• A:Answer To use third-party apps with your Sleepbuds®, make sure Bluetooth is set to “Enabled” or “Power Saving” in the Ozlo app. Apps that auto-play audio when opened, such as Instagram or TikTok, will not override your Sleep Sound. To play content from those apps, you'll need to manually stop your Sleep Sound in the Ozlo app first. Apps with a distinct play command, like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Audible, or YouTube, will stop your Sleep Sound and begin playback as expected. If you prefer to use only third-party audio, you can also disable “Auto-Play Sleep Sounds” in the app settings.

• A:Answer Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This combination is most effective for low-frequency, consistent noises like snoring. Louder, sudden, or higher-frequency sounds (such as a baby crying, voices, or doors opening/closing) may or may not be audible, depending on fit and masking volume.
