Q: QuestionI do not have a cigarette lighter in my car. I do have an A/C outlet to plug in a phone charger. If I buy a two-prong make plug , I should be able to use the cigarette lighter portion of the unit to plug into my cell phone wifi enhancer, correct?

• A:Answer Yes, you would have to open the dash up. They connected it to some auxiliary unused wire and threaded it to my glove box for easy access. It's worth having them do the work if you are not sure.

Q: QuestionI have a device that only has a charger for a cigarette lighter, but, my vehicle only has usb ports. is their an adapter to go from usb to accept a cigarette lighter charger?

• A:Answer No. USB ports are lower voltage. Plugs for cigarette lighter outlets are designed to take 12v. You can convert from 12v down to a USB, but not the other way. I would wager your vehicle has a 12v power outlet somewhere and you just haven't found it.
