I think it depends on the game. If a particular game lets you input your initials after a game play, then that one should save the high score. Other games don't, like Pac-Man. However, I think the "Live" button will post your scores to the leaderboards.

Yes, it does. Both the Pac-man Deluxe and Mortal Kombat Deluxe from Arcade1up save high scores.
