“2010 Lincoln mkz with thx audio, changed out the radio and all speakers so everything aftermarket, i got the wrong interface so my air blows constantly hot and i have no control on the buttons below the radio, will this fix that problem?”

This interface is compatible with that vehicle, however it does not have any effect on the HVAC system. It actually sounds like you didn't reconnect the HVAC plugs to the panel when re-installing the dash.
