“Is this a good option for my TV, Cable Box and Receiver? I have had a Panamax in the past but it just died today and all the various devices quit working. When I unhook everything then my TV and Cable work? Is this one good enough?”

It should do the trick fine. I am using mine with a high end audio set-up and love it. Just make sure to follow the instructions and read everything first to make sure you follow recommendations. Good product for a reasonable price.
