There is no reset button; it is supposed to reset automatically. You may want to try to unplug and replug it, which is not very convenient if behind furniture and due to it being screwed into the wall socket. If the problem persists, you may have a voltage issue. I have a full-size Panamax as well (at least that has a voltage-level indicator and a power switch, unlike this) and that helped me diagnose that the issue with mine was sustained voltage at less than 120V. You will have to bypass it until the power issue is fixed. They really should have a put a power/reset button on them.
