The glass plate inside the microwave oven has a diameter of 13". Your pyrex plate will not turn but will fit inside.

No you can't - the microwave has a turntable and the radius isn't big enough to accommodate turning with a 9 x 13 baking dish in it. If it were stationary it wouldn't be a problem.

No. This machine has a rotating carousel which limits you to basically square or round baking dishes. 13x9's are really for a BIG non carousel unit or probably for a conventional oven.
