“How long is the cord on the back of this microwave? Many of the newer microwaves appear to have shorter cords than the older models. I need the longer cord.”

• Hi, the cord is about 3 ft in length with a three prong plug. You might want to try purchasing a three foot extension cord, make sure it's also a three prong cord, but I wouldn't go any longer than three foot and only if you "really" need the extra length.
