A:Answer Unfortunately the h97 error is a problem with the inverter board, there are 2 problems. 1 usually when the iverter fails its caused by the magnetron failing, so this means you would need to replace both to fix the issue. beside the $200.00 plus dollars for the parts this would need to be serviced by a tech. its extremely dangerous to work on the high voltage side of a microwave. the cost would outweigh the cost of a new microwave. most people replace the microwave at that point.
