• No. This is a counter top model. You'd have to build your own bracket to hold it and remove the feet. There are no mounting holes on top.

• Maybe. It's light enough but it is large. You would need to built your own bracket to hold it since it's not designed for under-cabinet mounting. It's better designed for on-the-counter placement.
