• This model is a counter-top microwave oven. Our microwave ovens are manufactured in China.

• Would assume made in China. No this is not an over the range model.

• Panasonic is Japanese brand, but as you know most of the things are now built in China. No it is not an over the range model. You should put it on a cabinet.
