• yes. All you need is a USB cable to connect to the TV.

• Yes. It has multi HDMI ports. Newer laptops now are equipted w HDMI ports also. Older laptops require Avi to HDMI cables. This can also be purchased at BEST BUY.

• Any HDMI cable will enable this TV to work as a monitor. How well it works will depend on your video cards resolution capabilities.
