Panasonic Viera TV arrived on time. Was very easy to set up. After it was set up and I calibrated the picture it was outstanding. The factory settings were fair but you must google the Panasonic Calibration Settings. It takes just a few minutes but makes the picture look like you are looking through a window. The sound is above average. Would definitely recommend this TV to a friend. Also, 120 refresh rate and lots of apps.

This TV is a great value, I ordered right before black friday for $350. I also ordered the Samsung model UN40H6203AFXZA for $380. As far as the "smart tv" functions the Panasonic wins hand down, it's very responsive and although it doesn't have as many apps as the Samsung TV it has all the ones that I use. The Samsung TV was super slow to do anything in the apps section. As far as the TV picture is concerned I would say it works great, I don't see any issues with the picture but I'm not a videophile. So for the money I think it's a great value to get you into a 40", 120Hz, 1080p TV.

I enjoy my T.V. What is nice about this smart T.V. is that you can also access the internet as well as apps. Other T.V.'s don't have that option where you can access the internet but rather only allow you to use the pre-programmed apps. The T.V. sound is nice also. This is not my only smart T.V. so I am able to compare this with the others. The remote is nice and handy also. The remote signal does interfere with the other T.V. that I have in the other room (Vizio M-Series) such as disabling the other remote functions from being useful. When this happens I just turn the other T.V. off and it resets the remote functions and becomes useful again. I am never needing to use both these T.V.'s together so I can work with this as this does not bother me.

I got this as an upgrade from a 32 inch flat panel HDTV. I did a lot of searching and reading reviews. Even went into my local Best Buy with my notes once I got my choices narrowed down to 2-3 TVs. I new I wanted a 40 inch Smart HDTV & that was it. I chose the Panasonic because I have a Blu-Ray player by Panasonic already and liked how it worked. I love the ease of set up of this TV, the home page, the fact that I can look for something to watch on my iPad and send it to this TV to watch on the "Big Screen" . The only only I found amusing is the the speakers on the bottom, facing the back of the TV instead the front toward the view. I guess this can be solved by adding a sound bar. Otherwise I am very happy with my choice

A massive upgrade from the last Viera I owned, which was only 30 inches and 60hz, as well as not being a smart TV. Wonderful picture quality on this one, and the frame rate blazes by, comparable to any 240hz model. Vieras always have such great clarity to their color scheme, too, and this one is no different. Great speakers, too, for what they're worth, tiny little things in the back. And the smart TV options are intuitive, clear, and fun to wield. Overall, if you're a gamer in a regular sized bedroom and don't want to pay for anything too over the top, this TV is the way to go. Tremendous picture, great colors, wonderful brights and darks, and a just-the-right-size picture size for lazy gamers who keep their TV right near their beds... like me.

I've had this TV now for about a month and it's great. I have an Insignia 40" in a small TV room which I had been satisfied with for just watching TV and I almost bought another one of those for my bedroom thinking it would be fine. I was in a generous mood when shopping so I spent a little more money and got the Panasonic and I'm very glad I did. There is an unbelievable difference in the picture quality all around. I have a 60" Samsung in the great room which was a pretty high end model 18 months ago and I love that TV. The Panasonic picture is every bit as good as the Samsung. Setup was a piece of cake and I even figured out how to use the apps and web browser easily. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who's interested in something that's a couple of steps better than "good enough"

I've always liked Panasonic products for a mid-level product. This does not disappoint. Picture is great, setup is easy. The manual is a little weak when it comes to details of operation. The online manual is more comprehensive.

This tv was a great purchase. The picture is very sharp, the smart tv feature is so easy and the sound is good. I have it hooked into my sound system now but initially didn't and it was just fine. Very good value.

The TV was super easy to set up and has clear and crisp picture and great sound. The only thing is that sometimes is disconnects from the internet randomly, but it is easy to get it back online. Overall, it's a great buy.

I needed to find a replacement tv for the living room, the toshiba that was in there had a fuzzy picture when connected to a non high def line on my dish receiver. It had good picture when using the blu-ray. The new Panasonic has by far a better picture. The new tv is also a smart tv and works great. It also links up better to the blu-ray. It is much heavier and sturdier. A great tv.

My friends and I decided to go Black Friday shopping for the first time this year just to see what the fuss was about. Saw a Black Friday special TV and decided that maybe I needed a newer TV for my game room. Well, after comparing the specs of the BF special vs the not so special BF TV's, I decided to go with this one. For the price, I got the a great smarTV and the picture is great for my LED. I've always been a fan of Panasonic, and I own many of their plasmas. Very sad that decided to discontinue the plasma line.

Great TV, nice colors, great features, my so says its good for gaming too. I love that it shows the calendar and I connected it to google calendar and now it displays my schedule for the next day right on the screen if I choose to display it. So, I can remember to prepare for next days appointments and never forget a court date without having to pull out my scheduling book. MY ONLY COMPLAINT is that the web browser screen shows everything small so its hard to read when online.

We purchased this tv because of the price and the narrow bezel. It has an excellent picture. The sound is lack luster (you have to set it higher than half way to even think about hearing it clearly at 20 ft)....we installed it in a hutch so that may play into the poor sound. The smart tv is nice once you set it up however the setup is not intuitive nor efficient. You will loath going though it...but on the bright side you do it once. For me the smart tv was a non essential portion of the tv so I would still recommend it.

A 40" smart TV from Panasonic for $400 is the one that seemed to balance quality, ease of use and affordability best for me after spending far more time researching TV's than I should have. I am very happy with the TV's picture quality and the smart features. As with everything you get what you pay for and and this one is definitely worth every dollar spent.

I have wanted a smart TV for a long time. The problem was our entertainment center is only large enough for a 40 in TV. Not a lot of quality smart TVs available in this size. This TV has the picture quality of the Samsung TV that I had been wanting with the size and price that caused the purchase. After one month, I would recommend this TV. Will need time to tell whether the Panasonic brand will be trouble free.

I recived it for Christmas! Glad I waited to get an HD tv it even tells you if it's set up rite amazing. Beautiful picture quality Im so happy!! Can serf the internet or watch netflix, hulu, amazon with just a couple pushes of a button.

I researched several televisions in this size/price range and found this one to be the best value and quality for the dollar. Best Buy had the best price in the market and the customer service at retail was excellent.

Didn't know how well I was going to like a smart TV. The features of this TV is awesome. Netflix link is fast. Picture quality is great. I love watching shows on YouTube with my phone. I had no idea my phone would link up to the TV. So now I watch all YouTube videos on the TV.

I've had this a month, Overall this is a great TV. I've had it a month and Netflix, AmazonPlus, YouTube and mirror casting from my phone all work flawlessly. Using the built-in web browser is a little flaky and has crashed when watching videos in the browser.

Overall, very happy with the TV. Love the LED feature. Uses very little energy, has the 1080p and a SMART TV. Very nice quality picture. And easy to operate.
