• Hello there! To unblock a number and remove it from the call block list please follow these steps: - on a handset, please press MENU then the button [#] and type 217 - then please choose the option "Block a single number" and press [SELECT] - then choose the phone number you want to unblock and press [ERASE] - then please choose the option "Yes" and press [SELECT] - at the end, please press [OFF] We hope this helps! - F
