To unblock a number and remove it from the call block list please follow these steps: - on a handset, please press MENU then the button [#] and type 217 - then please choose the option "Block a single number" and press [SELECT] - then choose the phone number you want to unblock and press [ERASE] - then please choose the option "Yes" and press [SELECT] - at the end, please press [OFF] We hope this helps! - F

    • Answer Hi Joe! Thanks for your question! Our phones do include a feature that allows you to answer calls using voice commands, but they cannot be fully controlled by voice, for example, you can’t place calls or navigate menus by voice. We hope this helps clarify! - S
