I wouldn't leave it plugged in overnight. I have one, it fully charges in an hour or less. Leaving it plugged in overnight is overkill. I think it might reduce the battery life or just waste power at the very least.

Panasonic manual and service state you must unplug after use in cleaning station.  Some believe, if left in, battery will always be about 100% and will have shorter life than if you discharge about 20-30% prior to charging.

There is a simple solution, leave charging station plugged in because its a pain plugging and unplugging; especially if you use the station as a daily storage spot.

Therefore, I simply rinse head in water every shave, PUT THE SHAVER INTO THE CLEANING STATION AND TIP IT TOWARD THE FRONT SO THE CHARGING CONTACTS DO NOT CONNECT, and put the shaver in for a clean-charge-dry every 4th shave.

That way you don't have to unplug, the battery is run down from 100%, and your cleaning solution lasts about 4 times longer than thirty days of cleaning every day.
