“Is there supposed to be a brush and oil included? On the description it does say it's included but in the manual, it's not?”

• No cleaning brush. If you buy the shaver with the cleaning and changing station together one packet of the cleaning solution does come with it. Make sure to follow instructions not to over fill the cleaning container fits into the base with water
