• You'd have to contact them ....call your local store. This item...Panasonic - Arc5 Wet/Dry Electric Shaver comes in slightly different model numbers and prices. Its also available in a three and four blade version which can be found at Best Buy etc etc.

• I would assume so, but I got the last one at my local Best Buy. It was also on sale from $199 to $119, so even if they get it in stock, it looks like it won't last. I suggest you check regularly online.
