I was just looking for replacement blades/foil to help answer your question. They are easily user-replaceable, but they cost (on Ama$on) almost as much as I paid for this shaver (on sale). The battery likely isn't easily user-replaceable, and I would imagine that the cost of getting that done would be high compared to just getting something new.
