Is this shaver work outside USA like Egypt null

The US version comes with an US plug. IF you get an adapter, the shaver comes with a 100v-240v charger.

I am brining it to China. It works with 220 voltage electricity for charging.

I'm guessing you should check the country's voltage output ( https://www.worldstandards.eu/electricity/plug-voltage-by-country) /vs the product's voltage rating. Egypt is 220v. This product ES-LV65 states it has automatic universal voltage 100-240v . You will still need a plug adapter. You would be only charging your shaver with the plug in...which takes about an hour or much less if at 220v. I'm not an expert so pls check for yourself of course re. my answer. Thanks.

Yes, it will work in Europe and anywhere with corrrect wall adapter and within voltage of 110-220. Verify with manufacturer first.
