- Answer Hello! It is recommended to apply the oil to the blade before and after each use. Failure to apply the oil may cause the following problems: the appliance may become blunt, shorter operating time and a louder sound. -C

- Answer Hello. The ER-GB96K has a quick-adjust dial to provide up to 58 trim length settings from 0.5MM to 30MM and 4 comb attachments. The ER-SB40K, is still available you can check its availability online with authorized sellers and it has a quick-adjust dial and comb attachment that provides 19 precision length settings for personalized sculpting, trimming, cutting and detailing. -G

QuestionI just got the Panasonic - ER-GB96-K and I am trying to charge it. When I plug it into the charger a red light comes up and then goes away and there is no other light after it. I was just wondering if that is normal, like how do the charging lamps work?
