• A:Answer no its not weather proof. Sand with get inside the focus ring and it'll be all bad from there. As long as your careful you'll be fine. Dont recommend going to a desert or anything like that, or being in heavy rain

• A:Answer I have used this for streaming for up to four hours without any issue. You will absolutely need an external power supply, though. Do not rely on the camera battery as it will drain very quickly with streaming, especially 4K. I purchased a Gonine power adapter for the LUMIX on Amazon.
