You don't, it's powered via usb.

The headset gets its power from a rechargeable phone handset and does not require charging.

It does not use batteries. It runs off the phone that you plug it into. It is not cordless.

There is no requirement for charging the headset. Insert the 2.5mm jack into the telephone...it works efficiently.

It doesn't need to be charged as it is hard wired to the cordless phone.
