“I have this camcorder. When I record on a sandisk 128 gig sd card, on the 4k mp4 speed, the videos don't appear when I insert the card in my computer, they show up on the camcorder but not on the computer. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong?”

You'll need a better video card on your laptop to watch files shot in 4K. Most older model laptops can't process that type of video....thus you can't see them. I have several older laptops that won't playback 4K files. The Windows 10 unit I have and MacBook Pro models allow me to view them.
