• I DON'T THINK SO UNLESS YOU HAD A 3.5MM CONNECTION.

• Yes. Camera accepts all 3.5mm plugs so be sure mic output can do that.

• Short answer is Yes. If the Camera is going to be on a tripod and is static and you have the proper audio gear you should be able to use a lavalier Microphone..I would recommend the CountryMan Headset.There is a Micro Mic input on the side of the Camera where the video monitor swings out and I assume that it is a standard Stereo input, which would indicate the loss of the 5.1 channel mic native to the Camera. I haven't tried it so am not sure. Good luck!
