• Yes, but BestBuy does not sell them. Model numbers are VWVBT190 (standard battery) and VWVBT380 (longer life battery). I found these on B&HPhotoVideo.com.

• It does have a removable battery and you can purchase a large capacity one also.

• Yes you can buy extra battery packs for the camera. I think there is a longer life pack available as well.
