Thank you for your question. You have the redial option, the last 10 phone numbers dialed are stored in the redial list (each 48 digits max.). You can find more information here: http://help.panasonic.ca/viewing/ALL/KX-TG9541/OI/TG9541_PNQX6073XA/TG9541_PNQX6073XA.pdf#page=27 or you can use the speed dial option, you can assign 1 phone number to each of the dial keys (1 to 9, or 0 (10)) , so any time you want to call that specific phone number you can press the specific dial key for it, here you have the instructions: http://help.panasonic.ca/viewing/ALL/KX-TG9541/OI/TG9541_PNQX6073XA/TG9541_PNQX6073XA.pdf#page=35
