This 2 line phone system with digital answer is an excellent product. The stand alone handset has a very long range and sound quality is good

We chose the Panasonic because the name speaks for itself in past history however this phone had everything we needed including Bluetooth. The headset is extra but works great. We purchased a second phone and both are great. Great reviews helped us decide.

These are the BEST PHONES EVER. We loved ours so much, we bought a set for my folks, and they love them too. The combination of sound quality and ease of function just can't be matched by any other product. I work over the phone, so sound quality is non-negotiable for me. I've been pretty disgusted with what passes for quality these days. Even top-of-the-line products operate little better than the walkie-talkies we used to play with as kids. This phone has remained the phone of choice for offices and anyone who wants professional-quality sound. You can hear the caller and they can hear you. The functions are easy to use. There's a well-written manual, but even my elderly parents were able to figure out how to navigate through the functions without relying on the book. There are a few functions that require extra steps in set-up that probably could have been better designed. But the important thing is that they function once you get them set up. And the speaker phone sound quality is fabulous. The speaker phone on the hand sets is better than most, and that which comes with the base truly allows you to have a hands-free conversation. There's an accompanying product that allows you to have several additional handsets throughout the house without extra jacks. Very handy. And the range on the handsets is great. I can use them while gardening, no problem. This should be the standard by which all modern phones are designed.

Handsets are clear and the speaker phone option on them is used often. Only thing that would give this phone a 5 star would be a cordless base hand set.

I bought this for my home office and especially liked the large numbers display and the speaker phone - which is very clear and sounds great!

My wife has a small office, you know, one assistant, main deskroom and an extra conference room. She wanted to install a PBX but her budget was low. Looking around we read good comments on this system. So we bought it. Guess what, more than enough. In calls ring in the base unit as and in all the extensions. Once anyone pick up, the the call can be transfer to another extension, put on hold while you talk between extensions, or even call all of them to start a conference. And best of all, it handles 2 land lines, and it has other features that we didn't explore yet but are looking forward to do it. This was a good shot.

I have owned Panasonic Phone/Answering Machines for several decades. I have always been totally pleased. This version offers many problems. 1. sound quality is terrible. 2. The voice announcement interrupts confidential meetings because the phone is in the room. 3. All other phones had a light that would flash to let me know there were messages, this one has an annoying beep. 4. The instruction manual is a problem, unclear. 5. The inability to try the product out before buying was a problem. 6. And now a positive note. The staff member who helped me was terrific but was limited in experience with this device.

Landline phone was purchased for Bluetooth functionality and Wireless Handset use at home during Work From Home activities. Handset distance from base and speakerphone is Great! Bluetooth is good to but, most know Bluetooth is only 35 feet max or so. It works for my purposes. It has many other features that I am not using. You can also link the base up to your Smarphone. I was looking for other Bluetooth options, and this met my need.

Taking a little time to get the hang of all the features, but sound quality was much greater than I expected. Replaced a business multi-phone system with this and it works great

The phone has good battery life when used cordlessly, the wait music is cute, but the time keeps on reverting to an hour behind so that's annoying to have to reset all the time. Still getting to know the phone set but it seems somewhat limited. Wish it came with a headset as well. Good value for money spent.

They have been very easy to use. I needed new phones and the ATT repairman suggested I replace my 2 line phones with these. They are working just fine

bought this because of the large display. It is just fine for hearing clarity, and it rings in a non-irritating tone. I plan on getting the extension. for it.

Excellent phone with 2 lines, used for business however was only available with one handset. Having a business answering multiple calls additional handsets were needed but unavailable at store. Ordered the same phone through the store with 2 handsets & it's perfect

I purchased this phone for conference call for work and it’s great!!

So far, so good! I did a bit of searching around to find a good alternative to the very expensive phone system I had (but that I didn't like at all - and haven't since I got it but didn't want to deal with returning it; finally realized that was stupid - just give it away and get a new phone!) This is the one I chose. Directions were very clear for setting up and although I haven't yet connected my cell phone, I'm sure that would work fine, too. I bought an external headset to plug into the phone if I need it. It's easy to read who is calling, etc.

Did a lot of research and settled on this one. Best Buy had it and did curbside service. Another great experience.

Great upgrade that is consumer friendly. Love this phone’s ease of operation. Bigger lettering and numbers and light is good.

This system was very easy to set up, I like the larger characters on individual handsets and larger characters on the screen display.

We bought this phone to replace another outdated Panasonic phone system we had. We also ordered 2 more handsets and 2 headsets. Our office personnel like these because there is no wire to hold them down. They are easy to connect the headsets and they are very clear when listening to the other person on the line. We also like the option to put in batteries in case if power failure and the phone works. We have only had them for about a month and no complaints so far.
