Hi, If you are referring to Phone book entry, this is the procedure. 1. Press softkey for phonebook icon 2 {V} / {^}: Select the desired item. 3. (MENU) 4. {v} / (^) : "Erase" 5. Press softkey for "OK" 6. {v} / (^): "YES" 7. Press softkey for "OK" If you have the manual, it's on page 19, if not you can download it from Panasonic website.
