“How good is the sound quality (loudness, clarity...) of these phones? Thank you!”

Not as loud as the AT&T I had. You have to pay attention to hear the Panasonic's announce, but the AT&T was nice and loud. Same thing for the Panasonic's base unit's answering system versus AT&T. I could hear AT&T down the hall . . . not this Panasonic.

The sound and clarity is good. This phone was bought for in laws and they loved. The big buttons and the sound is great. Phones on different phones and work without any issues.

Clarity can be a little tinny sometimes. Loudness not an issue as you can adjust volume. Bought to replace almost identical Panasonic I had in black which was several years old. Buttons on this new one are smaller and in different locations, so I am still getting used to it. Overall would rate a 7.
