“I have a landline. Panasonic phone. . AT&T says my voice mail is off yet I still keep getting voice mail message on my screen. I can get it off temporilly but it keeps coming up thru the day. Frustrating. Does anyone know how to get it off permently.”

• Hi! You can press MENU # 3 3 2 on one of the handsets > go to OFF > press SAVE. If the message still appears, please make sure you don't have any messages in the voicemail, even if it's deactivated.
