“i can hear person called but they hear choppy voice from me. i have my phone connected to a cable modem. what do i do. cable company already changed out new modem”

Thank you for your comment. If you use a DSL/ADSL service, we recommend connecting a DSL/ADSL filter between the base unit and the telephone line jack. Contact your DSL/ADSL provider for details.
