“If I am on a call and another call comes in how can I answer that call using my kxtgd533 Panasonic phone”

• Hi Angie, When on a call, you'll hear a tone if a 2nd call is coming in. If you have the Caller ID and Call Waiting features in your phone service, you'll also see the name and number on the handset screen. If you want to put the current call on hold and answer the 2nd call, simply press the "Flash/Call Wait" button in the lower right corner of the handset. When done with the call, you can press "Flash/Call Wait" again to go back to the 1st call. If for some reason the 1st caller wants to disconnect, do not press "Off" to end the call. Just say goodbye and press "Flash/Call Wait." The 1st call will disconnect when they hang up and you will be switched to the 2nd call. FYI, this info is available on page 14 of the manual if you have it. Good Luck, Rob K.

• At the very bottom of the phone is a button marked”FLASH/CALL WAIT”. Push this in and it will put your original call in hold and you will hear the voice of the second caller.
