• Hi! You can disable Talking CID on each unit by pressing MENU # 1 6 2 > go to OFF > press SAVE.

• Go to Menu which is the - button above the OFF button Hit the down arrow button where it says CID until you come to SETTINGS Hit SELECT which is the - button above the OFF button Hit the down arrow button where it says CID until you come to Talking caller ID Select either Handset or Base unit Hit SELECT which is the - button above the OFF button Select On or Off then select SAVE VOILA!
