Does this system have talking caller id? null

Yes it talks and tells me who is calling. Also you can block robo calls by just pushing the Block button and selecting yes.

According to the operating instructions it does if you have the KX-TGD530 series, but I haven't tried it yet.

Yes it does. It speaks either the name of the person who you have saved into the phone memory or the phone number that is calling.

Yes. On the second ring the caller ID is spoken, and if you have assigned names to numbers in the phone list, those names will be announced.
