“The menu #310 doesn’t work for me as a shortcut for turning call screening on/off. What is the long menu way? Can I do it through changing settings?”

• Hi! Please make sure you are pressing the buttons properly. First, you will need to press MENU and then the # key. When you see "enter number" you will need to enter 310 in order to access the call screening menu. -M
