“My phone no longer accepts messages on the answering system. All old messages have been deleted, but it still will not work. Can I fix it?”

• Press and hold the main button, while pressing it down unplug the power and do not let go for 25 to 30 seconds to drain all power. Let go and plug your power. This should have re cycle the power and providing all messages were deleted you should be good to go.
