• We would recommend that you review page 25 ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tgd560_en_om.pdf of the manual regarding instructions for the intercom. The instructions for connection are found on page 11. Yes, it works with magic jack.

• Definitely works with magic jack, which I use. I plug the base station into the magic jack and the magic jack into the ethernet. To use an intercome from handset, lets say 2, just select intercom from the menu and select which other handset you want to talk to. I use tha tall the time to call down to the kitchen from the office.
