Please try the following 2 steps to solve your issue. Firstly, please set up the Time Adjustment by pressing menu #226. After doing this, please press menu #101 to set the date and time. If the issue persists please reach out to our live Chat support through the Panasonic Website, Contact Us option, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST.
