• Yes it is, with a few conditions - if the caller's number is programmed into the phone speed dial list, that's the name that will be announced. If the incoming call isn't recognized from speed dial, then you're at the mercy of your phone company's caller ID database. We tend to get a lot of announcements that say "Unknown Caller". They're probably spam or marketing calls with caller ID blocked anyway.

• You have to turn on talking caller id. You do not have to have every handset announce caller.
